Cancellation policy
All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or a one-night deposit. Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to 12:00 noon local time on the day of arrival, or one night will be charged. The same applies to no-shows.
Please send us your credit card datails by fax to guarantee your reservation request. After sending this form, You will get a reply in 24 - 48 Hours regarding confirmation and the availability of the room.
For room cleaning services, you must make a request daily in order to have your room cleaned. You can make a request at any time to have your room cleaned.
Checkout is between 12 Noon to 1 PM and requires a signature. For checkout after 1 PM there will be an additional half day charge added to your bill.
